9355   From a private NYC collection and signed NW on its original walnut base is a ca. 1950 cast bronze form from the hands of the NYC born artist, Nat Werner (1907-1991).  As a sculptor, Mr. Werner’s focus was both figurative and abstract utilizing a variety of sculptural methods and mediums including bronze, wood, stone, terracotta, steel and found object assemblage.  An exceptional mid century expression to accommodate with ease that long ignored free space.  Size: 8”H overall (including 2”H base), Figure 6"H x 2.25”W, Base is 2”H x 2.5”W x 5.5”L
